CHAMPAIGN, Ill., (Chambana Today) — Aimed at empowering the next generation of leaders, Monyok Leadership is hosting its highly anticipated “Leadership Out Loud” seminar on October 22, 2025. This full-day event, which will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., is designed specifically for first-time and front-line leaders seeking to sharpen their leadership skills.

The seminar will focus on key aspects of effective leadership, including how to set clear expectations, hold both yourself and others accountable, and implement positive accountability methods. In addition, attendees will gain essential communication strategies for confidently taking command in their leadership roles.

Participants will leave the seminar with a better understanding of how to foster accountability, set expectations, and communicate more effectively with their teams.

The cost for the event is $225 per person, which includes lunch.
