PET OF THE WEEK: We finally got sweet Apollo on the property…and he loved his gifts and treats

CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) — This morning, Claire brought Apollo to the studio for Moore’s Rescue Ranch. He was rescued from abuse and neglect, and has been slow to trust people. After two minutes with Kathy and Duane (from WIXY 100.3), he was giving kisses and allowing chin scratches. Check-out the video on 100.3 WIXY’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1CFubGmZjq/ Apollo has been living in a home with a two-year-old foster brother, and does well with kids. He loves other dogs as well. He is shy around men, but warms up to women more quickly. He is a total sweetheart who needs a patient owner – but when he’s comfortable, he will be the best companion!

Our Pet of the Week sponsor, Curtis Road Animal Hospital has the highest reviews from all of their patients. The staff is amazing and the vets treat your pet like they would their own. Fill out this simple form to request an appointment: Curtis Road Animal Hospital – Request an Appointment.
