Village of Mahomet announces special brush and tree limb collection

MAHOMET, IL (Chambana Today) – The Village of Mahomet will hold a special Brush and Tree Limb Collection beginning Monday, May 4. Residents are asked to place all materials curbside by 7:00 a.m. on the Monday of their scheduled pickup. Collections will start in Zone 1 and continue through all village zones until completed.

Normal program rules remain in effect. Residents are reminded that complete trees, limbs thicker than six inches, or longer than five feet cannot be accepted. For oversized materials or full tree removal, residents should contact a private tree service or Mahomet Landscapes at (217) 586-2520.
